Yousef is a leading figurehead in the dance music scene, renowned for his skill and contribution to the global electronic music landscape for over 20 years. He has released four full artist albums, including the critically acclaimed "9 Moor Drive," and has a discography featuring releases on Crosstown Rebels, Desolat, Cocoon, Moon Harbour, Knee Deep in Sound, and Defected.
Alongside his music career, Yousef founded and runs the highly regarded Circus Recordings and Circus Events. The latter has hosted some of the biggest names in electronic music over the last two decades, including a world-first five-hour B2B2B set with Seth Troxler, The Martinez Brothers, Joseph Capriati, and Loco Dice.
Yousef's passion for the electronic music scene and his campaigning efforts to address the challenges it has faced due to the pandemic led him to represent the community in private meetings with HRH Prince William and leading MPs. His efforts paved the way for Circus to organise "The First Dance," the world's first sanctioned music test event since COVID-19 struck. The event attracted global attention and is now cited as one of the most significant moments in electronic music history.
