I am an artist and singer song writer. For myself, I focus on the pop/ rnb side of music. I was previously discovered by the late and great Jamal Edwards who put me on and supported me throughout, it was through him that I began song writing for others. I write drill/ rap music for various rappers such as Kweng Face, I wrote both his last tracks which feature on his latest Plugged In hosted by Fumez the Engineer. I have also write for Junior Andre, his track “Slide” that I wrote reached a national top 50 and topped the iTunes Charts accumulating millions of interactions on tik tok. Personally I have been creating music for years, starting as a rapper and then evolving out into a more melodic artist. My song true colours has received over 2,000,000 streams and also been recently played on itv2’s Big Brother on which I came Runner Up. I am comfortable and confident in the majority of genres and value great lyrics and authenticity when creating music, transferring current interests, moods and reflections and cultivating them through song. I am self taught and I believe a great template for any artist who has to build independently. I have persevered for years in the industry and managed to forge my own path through sheer resilience and work ethic. I have a plethora of experience in the different approaches required to overcome independent challenges, including loss of morale or writers block. Having a long lasting career in youth mentoring also enables me to access a certain psychology when talking to people as well and so I have been through challenges and understood ways of overcoming them. This has been especially helpful in music and I have many lessons which I have learnt and adapted along the way. I apply a “get it done” mentality to my work and I believe I am capable of empowering people to be the best they can be.
