I am a Southeast London born + based Ghanaian-British multi-genre maven + once junior doctor.
My 1 wish through my work is that everyone has access to the space to feel all that they need to, for our collective health + humanity. My percussion and bass-heavy club repertoire fuses elements from across the afro-electronic spectrum into genre-defying experiences that resonate with people everywhere.
Since emerging onto the London club scene in 2021, I've played across the city at venues such as Corsica, Fabric, Phonox + Ministry of Sound on lineups for Shygirl, Crystallmess, Night Slugs, Pink Pantheress + Andre Power, as well as at festivals We Out Here, Glastonbury, All Points East, Antigel, Wilderness, Wireless + UK Black Pride.
Since my Boiler Room debut in 2023, I've headlined sold out shows in London + Manchester.
Radio residencies on Foundation FM and Oroko Radio showcase the breadth + depth of my musical ideas + influences. Using radio as a sonic mind-map allows me to piece together sets with narrative weight, that transport listeners back to themselves through new + nostalgic pairings to evoke inner excitement + awakening. My recorded sets (Boiler Room, Hör Berlin, Pound and Yam, Balamii, Late Night Shopper, Keep Hush) also showcase the evolution of my crowd-facing style + sound: ever evolving + empowering.
As well as DJing, I am a twice shortlisted + one-time published poet + founding member of Where Are the Womxn, a Ghana-based collective who have partnered with Oroko Radio, Pioneer + Resident Advisor to support womxn + non-binary individuals in their creative career paths across West Africa, founding Accra’s 1st dedicated DJ + production mentoring programme.
Before music, I was an NHS doctor for 3 years before working as a corporate healthcare strategy consultant for 2. Now, I am a commercial and editorial hand model by day, with notable clients such as Deliveroo (yes, that's my hand), Harrods, Burberry, LOEWE + more.
